Copyright, Takedown and Notice-and-Action Policy

1. What this covers
Use this process to ask us to remove or correct a listing: because it is yours and you do not want it here, because it infringes copyright or other rights, because it is illegal or fraudulent, or because it names you. Send everything to [email protected].
2. Listings from your company's career page
Listings without the "Direct" mark are taken from public career pages and job feeds, credited to and linked to their source. If you represent the company, email us from a company address with the listing link(s) and tell us whether you want them removed, corrected, or no longer collected from your career page. We act on these requests promptly, normally within 5 working days. You can also use "Claim this listing" on the job to manage it yourself.
3. Reporting illegal content (EU Digital Services Act)
Under Art. 16 of the Digital Services Act, a notice should include:
- why you consider the content illegal;
- the exact URL of the listing;
- your name and email address (not required for reports of child sexual abuse material);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in the notice is accurate and complete.
We confirm receipt, review the notice diligently and objectively, and tell you our decision and how to challenge it. If we remove or restrict a listing, we send the poster a statement of reasons (Art. 17). If content suggests a criminal offence that threatens someone's life or safety, we inform the competent authorities (Art. 18). We may stop processing notices from people who often send manifestly unfounded ones, after a warning.
4. Copyright notices (including the US DMCA)
If you believe content on AIfirst.jobs infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] or by post to HYPERTEK, 97-400 Bełchatów, Mioceńska 2/3, Poland, including (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the work you say is infringed;
- the URL of the material on our site;
- your address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
If your listing was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed material's URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may close the accounts of repeat infringers.
5. Challenging our decision
If you disagree with how we handled a notice, reply to our decision within six months and a person will review it. You may also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body (Art. 21 Digital Services Act) or go to court.
